Our "hustle until you die" culture is resulting in many of us feeling less than. Self-help gurus purely focus on psychology when it comes to being successful. They base their premise on a lack of motivation leading to failure. This is far too simplistic. The reality is, while it's a crucial element to succeeding, there's one key that they are overlooking that causes many people to fail, without them realizing what it is.
